Neighborhood Watch:

The “Jewel of the Hills,” with its charm, character and quality of life is due in great part to the residents who live here.

The City is also a partner with all civic, business and cultural organizations as reflected in their broad based programs such as their Interfaith Council, comprised of representatives of all of La Mesa’s churches, whose goal is to promote various services to those in our community who need them.

One such critical service is focusing and expanding the “Neighborhood Watch Program” so that neighborhoods can remain safe because neighbors are looking after each other.

We encourage members of each congregation to please consider refreshing or starting neighbor watch on your street. For more information go to the City of La Mesa Website. This is a great opportunity for people to get to know their neighbors and protect their community.

If you need additional Information please contact Erin Jones, Crime Prevention Specialist at 667-7545 or e-mail her at ejones@ci.la-mesa.ca.us
